This location is based in Corso Roma, one of the main shopping streets of Montecatini Terme. 

It is an elegant and bright apartment consisting of 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A large open space consisting of living room and kitchen welcomes guests making them feel immediately at home

The apartment overlooks the Kursaal, an Art Nouveau complex and is 150 m from the center of the Montecatinese nightlife. It may represent the basis to visit Tuscany with family or a group of friends. It is few minutes walking from the train and bus stations of Montecatini Terme.

Guests can reach the apartment with their own car: a space in front of the entrance allows guests to leave the car in order to unload their luggage. 

Parking on the street requires the payment of a ticket (except for the night hours from 20 to 8), or guests can leave the car for free in a parking lot 350m from the apartment.

Accessories provided: washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, freezer. All accessories are at the complete disposal of the guest.
