Processing methods

Retention period

Requests are free of charge except in cases of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests. The Data Controller undertakes to respond within 30 days, extendable by 2 months in complex cases.

This Website and its Services are not directed to children under 14. The Data Controller does not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors under 14 years of age. Where such data are inadvertently collected, they will be deleted without delay. For Users between 14 and 18, processing is allowed only with the consent of those holding parental responsibility.
