Properties Location:

Job description:

Manage and maintain short rental properties. Oversee repairs, maintenance, and contractor coordination. Ensure compliance, monitor expenses and optimize operational costs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the industry
  • Professional-level English proficiency
  • Native-level Italian proficiency
  • Strong knowledge of leases and property regulations.
  • Proficiency in property management software.
